15. A little lie-in
It’s 6 a.m. and your alarm is ringing incessantly in your ear what do you do jump out of bed and get going or hit the snooze button a few times if you chose option 1 well done if you chose option 2 it’s time to stop this morning habit those few extra minutes of sleep do the opposite of making you feel more rested but instead make you feel groggy and disoriented the best option is to wake up at the same time every day and yes hate to admit it but that includes weekends too.
Ok so you’ve hit that snooze button a few times and now you’re rushing to make it to work or school on time so you decide to skip your moisturizer stop right there and go and put it on skipping your moisturizer means you’ll be dealing with dry flaky skin all day long rather skip making your morning coffee and use that time to give your skin a little boost.
13. Mobile ban
On the days that you did manage to wake up on time you’ve probably made a habit of reaching over for your phone and spending a few minutes scrolling through your newsfeed on social media psychologists are dead against this habit because they believe it makes you unhappy and decreases your productivity during the day the best thing to do is take a few moments to yourself breathe read meditate or stretch all 4 if you can you’ll have a much better day overall.
